Culinary Agenda

Looking for that perfect way to spend the evening with good friends? Sometimes heading out to a busy restaurant is the best way to ensure that you won’t have many meaningful conversations.

Beyond the hustle and bustle of the venue there are so many other variables that get in the way.

How about putting together an evening of “Wine Flights and Small Bites”? We did just that for a client’s 30th anniversary surprise party. It was a hit!

Here’s what we put together for the big day:

~We hand-picked one flight of whites, one of red, and the last was comprised of three different dessert wines.

~I also had pretty little menus created for each flight as well as one for the “Culinary Agenda” (seen below).

~Flights of cheeses were in order for this special day as well (once you have your choices set, all you need to do is emulate what the Tuscan people would do).

~Include lots of decorative leaves and wooden serving platforms.

It’s simple and classic, leaving you and your guests with so much to discuss and savor!

So what do you think? Give me your comments and feedback below. And, oh, by the way, don’t forget to tell a friend if you like what you see! xo
